Warranty & returns

Every product we sell is genuine and carries a warranty. The exact period is shown on each product page — typically 1 to 3 years for components, and 3 years on our own custom PC builds covering assembly and labour.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

• Physical damage — drops, impacts, cracked screens or bent pins.
• Liquid damage.
• Damage from power surges, incorrect voltage or unstable power supply.
• Unauthorised repair, modification, or removal of warranty seals.
• Normal wear — keycap shine, battery capacity loss over time, fan noise from dust.
• Software problems, viruses, or data loss.

• Contact us with your order reference (starts with ITS-) and a description of the fault.
• Bring the item to our Colombo store, or send it to us — we'll advise which is best.
• We diagnose the fault free of charge and confirm whether it's covered.
• If it's covered, we repair, replace or process the manufacturer RMA for you.

We manage the RMA process with manufacturers on your behalf. You deal with us, not with an overseas support desk.

Returns are separate from warranty. Unused items in sealed original packaging can be returned within 7 days, and faulty or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours. Full detail — including what can't be returned and how refunds are issued — is in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Even after your warranty ends, bring anything you bought from us into the store and we'll diagnose it free of charge. You only pay if you approve a repair.
