You will have your hands on current hardware every day, not a catalogue of it. Staff pricing on your own build.
New techniques and new hardware get taught here, by whoever knows them. Certifications supported where they help.
No layers to go through. If something is broken about how we work, you can say so and it can change the same week.
Shop hours, planned rosters, and time off you can actually take. Overtime is the exception, not the plan.

A call or a visit to the shop — mostly about what you have actually worked on.
For workshop roles, time at a bench with a real fault. For others, a scenario from the shop floor.
Terms in writing, with a start date that works for both sides.
