By ordering from itstop.lk you agree to these terms. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your payment (or, for cash on delivery and pay-at-store orders, when we confirm the order). Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we cannot verify the payment.

When you place an order we reserve the items for you while payment is completed. If a card payment is not completed, or a bank transfer is not received within the time shown at checkout, the reservation is released and the items become available again.

• All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept card payments through PayHere, direct bank transfer, cash on delivery, and payment in store on collection.
• For bank transfers, your order is prepared only after our team has verified your uploaded payment slip.
• Cash on delivery is available for delivery orders; pay-at-store applies to collection orders.

Prices can change at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed. If an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order rather than simply charging you.

We deliver islandwide. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 50,000; below that a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — see our Delivery Information page for details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

Products carry the warranty period shown on the product page. We handle warranty claims locally and manage the manufacturer RMA process on your behalf where applicable. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair or modification, or normal wear. Full details are on our Warranty & Returns page.

Custom builds are assembled, cable-managed and stress-tested before dispatch. Because each build is made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once assembly has begun. Component substitutions of equal or better specification may occasionally be necessary — we will contact you first if that happens.

Repair estimates are provided after diagnosis and are approved by you before any work begins. We are not responsible for data loss during repair — please back up your data beforehand. Devices left uncollected for an extended period after completion may incur storage charges; we will always try to reach you first.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us, or to hold an account. Orders placed by anyone younger must be made by a parent or guardian.

You agree to give accurate contact, delivery and payment details, and to keep them up to date — most delivery problems start with an address typed in a hurry. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt access to accounts or data that are not yours.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently or abusively.

We work to keep descriptions, specifications, images and stock levels accurate, but errors can occur and manufacturers occasionally change specifications without notice. Product images may be illustrative. If something you receive differs materially from its description, contact us and we will put it right.

Everything on this site — text, product photography, page designs, graphics, the IT STOP name and logo — belongs to IT STOP (Pvt) Ltd or to the parties who licensed it to us, and is protected by intellectual property law. Manufacturer names, logos and product images remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

You are welcome to browse, and to print or save pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt any part of the site for commercial use without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. Otherwise, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data.

We may update these terms — for example when we add a payment method or change how delivery works. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and the version published here at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it. Changes are never applied retrospectively to an order already placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Sri Lankan courts.
