Delivery information

• Free on orders over Rs 50,000.
• A flat delivery fee applies below that — the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Free to collect in store.

• Colombo & suburbs — usually next working day, often same day for orders placed early.
• Outside Colombo — typically 2–3 working days.
• Custom-built PCs — add 1–3 working days for assembly, cable management and stress testing before dispatch.

These are estimates rather than guarantees — courier delays and public holidays can add a day. If something is running late we'll tell you rather than leave you guessing.

You'll get an email as soon as your order is confirmed, and you can follow its progress any time from your orders. Ordered as a guest? The confirmation email links straight to your order.

Choose “Pickup in store” at checkout and we'll have your order ready at Shop 17, 1st Floor, Unity Plaza, Colombo 04, Colombo, Sri Lanka, 00400. We'll let you know when it's ready — please wait for that before travelling. Bring your order reference and ID.

Monitors, cases and fully-built PCs are packed with extra protection and sent with insured couriers. Please inspect the box on arrival — if there's visible damage, photograph it before opening and tell us within 48 hours so we can act on the courier insurance.
