Yes. We deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka using tracked, insured couriers. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 50,000; below that a small flat fee is shown at checkout. You can also collect free of charge from our Colombo showroom.

Colombo and suburbs are usually next working day, and often same day for orders placed early. Outside Colombo typically takes 2–3 working days. Custom-built PCs need assembly and stress testing first, which usually adds 1–3 working days.

Card payment via PayHere, direct bank transfer, cash on delivery, and payment in store when you collect. For bank transfers you upload your slip on the order page and we start preparing the order once our team verifies it.

Yes. Card payments are processed entirely by PayHere on their own secure pages — your card number never reaches our servers, and we never store card details.

Every product we sell is genuine and carries a warranty — the period is shown on each product page. We handle warranty claims locally and manage the manufacturer RMA process for you, so you never have to deal with overseas agents.

Unused items in sealed original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Faulty or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours and we'll cover the return cost. Custom-built PCs and software can't be returned unless faulty.

Diagnostics are free. Once we've identified the fault we'll quote you, and no work begins until you approve the cost. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing.

Use the repair tracking page with your repair reference (it starts with RPR-) and the phone number you gave us. You can also call us any time.

Yes, that's one of our specialities. Use our 3D PC Builder to pick parts with live compatibility checking, or tell us your budget and what you'll use it for and we'll recommend a build. Every PC is assembled, cable-managed and stress-tested before it leaves us.

Absolutely. In the PC Builder you can mark any part as one you already own, and we'll build around it. Bring the parts in or send them with your order.

Yes. We supply offices, schools and businesses with bulk hardware, and can quote for larger deployments. Get in touch with your requirements and we'll put together a quote.

No — you can check out as a guest. An account just makes it easier to track orders, save addresses for faster checkout, and review things you've bought.
